The Global Summit brought together guests from across Europe. Over three days, four distinct formats were hosted across four unique locations: a Welcome Gathering, a Gala Dinner, a Farewell Evening and a curated After Party. The programme also included afternoon activities across the city, adding an authentic Berlin layer to the overall experience.
Leading the project, I oversaw the client relationship from the first site inspection through to post-event wrap-up. My role included location scouting, managing F&B concepts, coordinating AV requirements, artist booking, shuttle logistics, budget management and set design. I also supervised the alignment of all departments, and ensured that all moving parts came together — from the first setup call to the final guest leaving.
