The BIPoC Media Fest brought together established creators, emerging talents and digital voices – an event created by and for the community. It was all about visibility, exchange and empowerment – authentic, bold and relevant. Alongside talks and workshops, it offered space for connection and collaboration.
During pre-production, I handled the organizational planning and coordination of all departments. On site, I oversaw the F&B management – from concept development to implementation. The goal was to ensure a well-coordinated flow while creating an environment that combined professionalism, community spirit and a sense of ease.
